Symphony Life to develop Kota Bharu high-rise project : PropertyGuru

Symphony Estates Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Symphony Life Bhd, has partnered with Euro Saga Sdn Bhd to jointly develop 6.07ha or four land parcels in Kota Bharu, Kelantan.
Euro Saga holds the right to develop the leasehold land, by virtue of a development agreement with the Kelantan state government.
Dubbed Dexview Sdn Bhd, the joint venture (JV) company undertakes to develop a mixed-use project comprising high rise commercial and residential units, subject to the state’s approval.
Euro Saga will own 50 percent minus one share at Dexview, while Symphony Estate will own the remaining 50 percent plus one share.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Symphony Life noted that the JV agreement is “conditional to the successful alienation of the four parcels from the state government to Dexview or alienation for the front portion of the land measuring 2.95ha, and approvals from the state or relevant regulatory authority for the development plans and orders for the proposed project.”
Symphony Life also revealed that the project will be funded via bank borrowings and internal funds, but declined to disclose its gross development value.
“The proposed development has excellent development potential within a well developed surrounding area and good infrastructure due to its location in the township of Kota Baru,” it added.
“The location of the land gives Symphony Life the opportunity to strengthen its revenue contribution from the high rise segment.”

So, ape yang setakat ini kita dapat tahu adelah pembangunan bercampur akan dibangunkan diatas tanah seluas 15 ekar di jalan Raja Dewa dengan anggaran kos RM 450 juta.
